100 PERCENT SOA BY '09

Video: BT has some lofty ambitions: to be 100 percent SOA by the year
after next. Eric Knorr chats with BT's chief architect George Glass
about the company's goal, and how it got from a customer-oriented
architecture to service-oriented. "Using the elements of reuse, what we
actually see is a dollar and cents benefit," Glass explains. Watch SOA
