In my experience, Riverbed has the best of breed solution for application acceleration. I work as an engineer, for a Cisco partner and we are also partnered with Riverbed, because they have the best WAN acceleration technology out there at this point. I have a lot of comparison data on all the competitors if anyone is interested. Forrester, Gartner, etc. Just shoot me an email.
