President Obama has pledged to combat the rising number of sexual assaults at colleges and universities, and California this week became the first state to pass a "yes means yes" bill which requires affirmative consent before sexual activity on state-funded campuses. But Americans aren't sure new codes of sexual conduct will reduce the assault problem and question whether it's something the federal government should be involved in.  Read More
